Procurement of spare parts for Cummins engines under rate contract for a period of one year on proprietary basis from Cummins India Limited or its authorized dealer -M.s. Bolts & nuts, rivets, washers & screws, dog nails, fish plates, nuts & bolts for fish plates, belt jointing pins, cable hooks and signal hooks, belt conveyor rollers, belt sections, resin capsules, cement capsules, gi canisters, blasting gallery – spacers, radiator repairs, repairs and rewinding of motors of ac & dc, repairs / rewinding of transformers (welding / lighting/ power), gi wire, wire mesh for longwall salvage, manufacturing of supply of electrical coils for, i) ac motors up to 6.6 kv grade ii ) transformer coils up to 33 kv grade, repairs of rotors for electric motor, lighting cable, steel chock manufacturing, house wiring, all types of fan repairs, shovel bucket welding, repairs of pumps, couplings manufacturing, special steel and alloy castings (tooth points, track pads, mn steel casting), manufacturing of fly ash bricks. (not to be manufactured at stores site. It shall be at their own site)., manufacturing of pump components (spares)., transformer oil filtration, reconditioning of drill bits and drill rods, vulcanizing the old trailing cables of drill machines, sdls, lhds, etc. (work should be carried out at the respective mine premises)., manufacturing of earth clams, g.i flats, g.i bolts and nuts., manufacturing of earth pit components and erection., crimping of hydraulic hoses., repairs to hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves and other related components, refurbishing of lt & ht switches with oem spares including testing., manufacturing / repairs of slip rings & d-contacts., furniture repairs i.e., cane chairs, table, almirahs, etc., repairs to wet grinders, water purifiers, and water coolers, manufacturing of coupling bolts of all sizes, fabrication of oht line components like cross arms, clamps, stay wires, cross brassings, base plates etc., manufacturing of haulage rope drum rollers., all sizes of ventilation doors.
