Civil work for various foundations and Miscellaneous work , Excavation for foundation up to 1.5m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials, backfilling the trenches and disposing of the excavated stuff up to any lead. In dense or hard soil.- Executed with mannual labour. The work included thoroughly brushing/cleaning the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and smooth by sand paper or any other approved method., Setting of template & foundation bolts in line and level before concreting of foundation and making arrangement of fixing template in such a way as it remains in position during concrete etc. comp. as directed by EIC.The rate includes supplying & fabricating of templates as per template drawing including all material, tools, tackles & labours required for that.NO extra payment for preparation of template will be made.The template prepared will be the property of the agency., Supply, fabrication, cutting, threading of M.S rod including hot dip galvanizing the same of required size and length including 2 Nos of hex nuts with check nut, lock nut, plain washer, spring washer, base plate 65X10 thick stopper pit welded at end. etc; complete as directed by E.I.C, Setting of rails in line and level before concreting of foundation and making arrangement of fixing template in such a way as it remains in position during concreting etc. comp. As directed by EIC, Providing and laying best quality of FINOLEX or equivalent brand rigid 110 mm HD PVC pipe 10kgf/Sp.cm for cable laying in foundation including fixing in position as per drawing or as per directed by EIC, Providing and laying best quality of FINOLEX or equivalent brand rigid 50 mm HD PVC pipe 10kgf/Sp.cm for cable laying in foundation including fixing in position as per drawing or as per directed by EIC, Providing and fabricating and erecting (GI work Welded) MS angle posts, racks & trays for cable trench using structural steel angels and flats, sheets etc. of approved steel manufacturer as per drawing & design including cutting, welding & fixing hold fast in wall with C.C. & with hot deep galvanized as per IS-2633/72 and 209 of 1966 or latest amendmentetc& make etc. completed as directed by EIC.(All materials required for the work to be brought by the contractor)., Labour charges for fixing fabricated angle post in concrete, in line leve; & plumb including 3 coats of oil painting etc., complete as directed by E.I.C., Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift 1. R.C.C. Work, Demolition of Brick work In Cement Mortar Masonry including stacking of serviceble materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift., Providing form work of ply wood shuttering so as to give a smooth exposed finish including centering (adjustable tubular steel supports). Shuttering strutting and propping etc. for any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling , and removal of the same for reinforced concrete and plain concrete. for Footings , foundations and pedestal, Providing & Laying approved best quality of medium grade B-class G I PIPE 150MM DIA Pipe weighing 19.5 kg/Rmt., Providing & Laying approved best quality of medium grade A-class G I PIPE 50MM DIA Pipe., Providing &Fixing heavy duty C, Soil pipe incl. necesssary fittings-100 mm dia pipe., Providing & fixing 75mm dia. CI Cowl ventilator of light type., , under R M Plan for Tr. Division for ARC Basis for the year 2024 25 under Tr. Circle.
