OPN.& RUNNG MAINT OF HEAVY VEH IN SHIFTS "A. Operation of Heavy Vehicles (ie Truck, Mobile Repair Van, and Tanker etc) simultaneously on daily basis inside/outside the plant premises in each shift (here shift timing is equivalent to BSL timing of A/B/C shifts, each of 08 hours. G shift timing is from 0830 AM to 0500 PM). (NOTE-In case of non-fulfilment of minimum requirement as per duty post, penalty shall be levied on the contractor as per Penalty Clause in Scope of Work). B. Preventive checking of heavy vehicles in each shift shall be done as mentioned below a. Checking of Alternator belt and Fan belt. b. Checking of coolant in Radiator. c. Checking of Tyre and wheel bolt condition. d. Checking of propeller shaft bolt. e. Checking of engine oil level. Quantity = 1 EA is equivalent to the operation & running maintenance of 01 heavy vehicle in each shift." *
Record management & misc office work "The Job covers following office activities carried out on Daily basis 1. Photocopying/scanning documents and files pertaining to one or more office desk. Filing the photocopied papers in right place. Periodic (average 50/day) *
