lot-0001, title: purchase of escalator chain, description: total quantity: 174 pcs/24 months, of which 134 pcs chain with 10 links, 10 pcs chain with 8 links, 10 pcs with 6 links, 10 pcs with 4 links, 10 pcs with 2 links. the contracting authority undertakes to issue an order amounting to 70% of the total value specified in the framework agreement. the detailed technical requirements are included in the price table and the technical description. to facilitate the submission of offers, the contracting authority will provide technical drawing documentation for each item as an annex to the technical description. the contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of section 46 (3) of government decree 321/2015 (x. 30.), which states that the identifiers listed in the price table were provided solely for the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement; the contracting authority will also accept equivalent offers. the proof of equivalence, in case of doubt, is the responsibility of the bidder. the bidder must declare in their offer, duly signed, that: • they undertake to perform in the schedule and quantity requested by the contracting authority, • they will provide the products in the specified quality, and in case of winning, they will deliver the items offered in the proposal throughout the duration of the contract, • the products to be delivered comply with the msz en 115-1:2018 standard, • they undertake that in case of winning, they will provide the documents and markings required in the contract draft and technical description for the products supplied, • the performance deadline, which cannot exceed 90 working days; • they will ensure the supply of parts, for which they will not charge a separate fee, • they will provide free of charge the connector parts and subunits necessary for installation, as specified in point 1 of the technical description, at the time of delivery to the contracting authority, • they acknowledge that o the contracting authority sends orders exclusively via email, for which, in case of winning, they will ensure that orders are received at a single email address, o the day of communication of the order to the winning bidder is the day the order is sent by the contracting authority to this email address, and the winning bidder is obliged to ensure that the order is received at the email address specified by them on the day of dispatch by the contracting authority; • they qualify as a transparent organization as defined in section 3 (1) of act cxcvi of 2011 on national assets, they undertake to prove this at the request of the contracting authority, continuously ensuring transparency during the existence of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, and in case of changes, they will promptly notify the contracting authority in writing; furthermore, they acknowledge that in case of violation of these obligations, the contracting authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and that a contract concluded based on a false declaration is null and void; • they have familiarized themselves with the information regarding personal data processing found on the contracting authority's website (https://www.bkv.hu/hu/content/adatvedelmi_tajekoztatas_besz) and have communicated it to their employees involved in the conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as to other persons acting in connection with their interests and activities; • whether they qualify as a data processor in relation to the services provided to the contracting authority. the declaration can also be fulfilled by completing the form included in the guide. the bidder must declare in their offer whether there are any restrictive measures imposed due to russian actions destabilizing the situation in ukraine, as defined in article 5k (1) of council regulation 833/2014/eu of july 31, 2014, regarding the award of the public procurement contract. if the prohibition does not exist, the bidder must declare this by submitting the ekr form. in case of the existence or partial existence of the prohibition, the bidder must declare this by completing the form included in the guide.
