lot-0001, title: renewal of the heat plant resource, description: the subject of the public contract is a functional work consisting of the implementation of all supplies of goods, works, and services related to the construction of a combined cycle power plant in the premises of the client's heat plant. the public contract will have the character of a 'turnkey' delivery and will be carried out in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications, and other data and information that are detailed in books a and b of the tender documentation. the basic scope of the work - the client anticipates the following basic scope of work forming the public contract: a. preparation of documentation necessary for the implementation of the work, especially documentation in the scope according to decree no. 131/2024 coll., on building documentation, as amended, and other documentation including supplier documentation necessary for goods, services, and other activities related to the implementation of the work including its testing, commissioning, and handover to the client, and b. possible demolition and removal of existing buildings, networks, or facilities at the site of the work, including necessary related relocations of existing buildings, networks, or facilities of the client that must not be affected by the implementation of the work, all to the extent necessary for the execution of the work, and c. installation and commissioning of the gas turbine including accessories, and d. supply, installation, and commissioning of the natural gas compressor station, and e. complete construction part, and f. supply, installation, and commissioning of the flue gas boiler including related construction part, accessories, and piping connections, electrical connections all according to the contractor's design in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation, and g. provision of related services associated with the work such as coordination of the work, insurance, obtaining decisions from administrative authorities in connection with the implementation of the work, training of the client's operators, quality management, and ensuring health and safety at work during the implementation of the work, and h. supply and commissioning of the control system necessary for managing the entire combined cycle including integration into the client's information system, and i. supply and installation of electrical substation equipment and transformer station for feeding electrical power into the high voltage network. a more detailed description of the subject of the performance is provided in the tender documentation.
