lot-0001, title: gubacsi railway bridge and related facilities (phase i), description: under the framework of a contract, the construction of the gubacsi railway bridge and its related facilities (phase i) (pst: v900.07.73) quantity: 22.00 + 145.00 + 22.00 construction of a support-based railway bridge over the soroksári-duna branch, 15.0m north of the current bridge. the bridge carries the bp. soroksári road - csepel distribution railway line over the danube, crossing at the railway line 25+65.966 hm section. the railway track between the gubacsi railway bridge and the corvin junction will be constructed with a double-track network as part of this project. as a long-term development option, the possibility of a four-track, electrified construction must be ensured. the existing védgát street crossing will remain on the track section, and will be rebuilt on-site. on the newly constructed railway track, the designation of the traffic direction with on-site adjustable switches is not possible, therefore the signaling device planned for the final state - which is included in the plans issued as part of the public procurement documents volume v - must be installed in the area from the soroksári road organizer to the corvin road junction. the installation of the device will take place in a container in the vicinity of the second track built on the soroksári road organizer and the csepel side. railway track parameters: - gauge: 1435mm standard gauge - track speed: 40 km/h - usable platform length: n.r. (passenger trains do not operate) - axle load: 22.5 tons - usable train length: 740m - usable length of tracks: 750m - clearance: according to msz 8691 'av' structure parameters: - support span: 22.00 + 145.00 + 22.00 m, clear span: 20.90 + 141.80 + 20.90 m - obstacle crossed: soroksári-duna branch, crossing at the railway line 25+65.966 hm section - total structural length: 192.60m (including the riverbed bridges) - length of the superstructure: 493.60m - superstructure: - riverbank bridges: rigid support reinforced concrete slab - riverbed bridge: network arrangement, cable-suspended, orthotropic steel track structure 'basket-eared' arch bridge - foundation: the necessary foundation for the bridge must be prepared - railway superstructure: - 54 e5 system rail, with a 1:20 rail slope - geo reinforcement - effective ballast thickness: 50 cm - for the future design of the overhead line, the preparation of the pole foundations is necessary - bridge inspection car: necessary - installation of a monitoring system is necessary level crossing: - a level crossing secured with a light barrier, with a usability permit, rubber element modular level crossing at the railway track 29+80.05 section as part of the preparation for the investment, an execution plan package was prepared, however, due to the complexity of the construction technologies, the winning bidder's task includes the preparation of all other plans necessary for its execution (e.g., signaling devices, construction technologies, detail plans), obtaining necessary statements, approvals, as well as conducting other consultations necessary for implementation during the execution, obtaining permits, maintaining the validity of existing permits, modifications necessary due to reasons not attributable to the client (orderer), active participation in official procedures required for commissioning permits, traffic permits, and occupancy permits, according to the provisions in the public procurement documents. the detailed description of the works subject to this public procurement procedure is included in the public procurement documents. in consideration of the provisions of section 46 (3) of government decree 321/2015 (x.30.) (hereinafter referred to as in the public procurement documents: kr.), the client draws attention to the fact that if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement necessitated a reference to a specific brand, origin, type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation was made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject, and alongside the designation, 'or equivalent' is to be understood in every case. the client draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the bidder in their offer. the client draws attention to the fact that the subject construction investment is an indivisible service. the detailed description of the works subject to this public procurement procedure is included in the public procurement documents.
