lot-0001, title: delivery and service of up to 25 large-capacity trams iii., description: the subject of the public procurement is the delivery and service of 16 large-capacity trams of the same type. the contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with article 3.4 of the procurement documentation, to change the obligation from the contract by increasing the total number of delivered trams by a maximum of an additional 9 large-capacity trams of the same type. the subject of the performance also includes ensuring so-called heavy maintenance of the delivered vehicles, consisting of medium and large inspections of each vehicle (including extraordinary repairs). the specific specifications of the minimum scope of activities within heavy maintenance are provided in annex no. 10 of the procurement documentation – minimum scope of heavy maintenance. more detailed specifications of large-capacity trams, as well as related performance, are provided in the relevant annexes of the binding contract template, which forms annex no. 2a of the procurement documentation. more detailed specifications of maintenance services are provided in annex no. 2b of the procurement documentation and related annexes. for more details, see the procurement documentation.
