(iv.30.) emmi regulation, on teaching days according to the following main quantities, as well as the regular weekly removal of food waste at their own expense in 2 parts. furthermore, rental of kitchens: part 1, 1 kitchen. in the case of rented kitchens, the provision of a and b menus in the related supply institutions, the winning bidder must equip and furnish the kitchens, which are provided empty by the contracting authority. the dietary ready meals must be provided by the bidder in accordance with the public catering regulation in cases of food allergy and intolerance, as per the allergens and products listed in annex ii of the 1169/2011/eu european parliament and council regulation. the winning bidder's task is to procure raw materials related to catering, prepare meals in their own kitchens based on a central menu, and deliver them in appropriate food transport containers to the serving locations. the excel table provided contains the performance locations and portion numbers, and the technical description and draft contract include further requirements. part 1 normal meal daily portion number: morning snack: 260 portions, lunch: 2300 portions, afternoon snack: 260 portions; dietary meal: breakfast: 44 portions, morning snack: 39 portions, lunch: 106 portions, afternoon snack: 41 portions, dinner: 38 portions. the task and costs of the removal and disposal of food waste are the responsibility of the winning bidder. the contracting authority informs the bidders that, based on practical experiences from previous years, a deviation greater than 30% from the above portion numbers is not expected.
