Contract awarded for City park junction – stone quarry freight renovation
lot-0001, title: city park junction – kobánya-teher renovation, description: the section of the railway line no. 100 budapest – szolnok – debrecen – nyíregyháza – záhony, the city park junction – kobánya-teher section is approximately 2.5 km long, electrified, gapless, double-track railway line renovation. the permitted speed on the line section is 80 km/h. the maximum allowed axle load is 210 kn. it is one of the most important railway sections in the country for suburban and long-distance passenger traffic, where freight traffic is also significant. its last comprehensive renovation took place in the early '70s, accordingly, the entire infrastructure has aged, resulting in a passable speed of only 40-60 km/h. the track alignment was largely built in the '40s, running on a 4-5 m high embankment in an urban environment, while in the vicinity of the stations (kobánya-teher, kobánya-kispest) it runs at ground level. there are a significant number of large structures on the section running on the embankment (thököly road, egressy road, mogyoródi road, kerepesi road). the horizontal alignment is characterized by the track widening in the vicinity of the island platform stop (zugló), the typical track axis distance is 4.00 m. the main tasks of the winning bidder (with quantitative data) railway track (substructure and superstructure): - replacement of the superstructure with earthworks technology, substructure repair, gapless superstructure: 2152 vfm; - ballast cleaning: 2798 vfm; - gapless track replacement: 2798 vfm; - clearance works: 25600 m2; - preparation of necessary technological plans. structures: - renovation of steel structures carrying railway loads: 6 pieces; - renovation of reinforced concrete structures carrying railway loads: 5 pieces; - preparation of necessary technological plans. safety equipment: - preparation of necessary technological plans. telecommunications: - cable protection: approx. 50 m; - cable crossings on structures: 9 pieces. -- preparation of necessary technological plans. strong current: - replacement of weight tensioners: 8 pieces; - replacement of insulators in the long chains: 100 pieces; - protection against corrosion of poles: 680 m2; - replacement of overhead line long chains: 5505 fm; - renovation of 1 máv 10/0.4 kv transformer station's primary equipment: 1 activity. - preparation of necessary technological plans. the contracting authority understands the technological plan to mean the totality of all plans necessary for the bidder's execution processes, related to the product or construction, organizational technology offered by the contractor. the technological plan may be part of the technological instruction but can also be realized independently. for further details, see the technical description. to clearly and understandably define the subject of the public procurement, the contracting authority may refer in this call and other specified in the kd to products, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, as well as patents or trademarks. in all such cases, the naming was done solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject, the offer can be considered equivalent in terms of the detailed technical parameters regarding the specified product, origin, type, procedure, activity, person, as well as patent or trademark.
