lot-0001, title: vn brno – construction of the pavilion of operational fields - implementation of the construction, description: the subject of the public contract is: 1) implementation of the construction (work), i.e. implementation of the investment project titled "vn brno – pavilion of operational fields" according to the project, 2) preparation of project documentation related to the work, in particular: • processing / converting the project at the level of dps into a bim model • preparation of production project documentation for those parts of the work that require it • preparation of documentation of the actual execution of the work (dpsp) in the bim model • preparation of geodetic measurement by the responsible surveyor including a geometric plan confirmed by the land registry and the function of the responsible surveyor on the construction site; 3) supply of medical technology and medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") • so 02 - d1.02.08b – medical gases – complexes (end elements of medical gases and operating lights) with a warranty period of 60 months • ps 201a – medical technology – installation of operating rooms with a warranty period of 60 months 4) service of the equipment, i.e. agreeing on the conditions for providing service services for the equipment supplied within the project and the work: a) within the warranty period, b) post-warranty service for 5 years after the end of the warranty period with possible extension, up to the end of the technical or moral lifespan of the equipment. 5) cooperation of the selected supplier in the implementation of technologies and equipment that are not the subject of the public contract as per paragraph 10.6.3. of these tender conditions.
