lot-0001, title: dek-1675 medicine procurement km (dbrgy-4), description: the subject public procurement procedure aims to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: dbr) for the procurement of medicines with a total budget of 16,600,000,000 huf. the contracting authority intends to conduct public procurement procedures for the conclusion of a framework agreement in the second bidding phase of the dbr. according to section 18 (2) of the public procurement act (kbt.), the estimated highest total value of contracts to be concluded during the entire duration of the dbr is net 16,600,000,000 huf. quantity: 636 product items. in the second bidding phase of the dbr, the contracting authority plans to procure approximately 715,798 units of medicine over 12 months. in the technical description, the contracting authority summarized the procurement needs that may arise in the bidding phase(s). this summary is solely for informational purposes and is based on experiences from previous years. the contracting authority is entitled to procure other products in the bidding phases of the dbr according to the emerging needs based on section 107 (2) of the kbt. the contracting authority details the technical content in the public procurement documents for which it intends to establish the dbr. during the implementation of the dbr, the contracting authority will provide the exact technical description and detailed contractual conditions, draft contract simultaneously with the sending of the call for bids regarding the specific public procurements to be implemented, in accordance with section 107 (2) of the public procurement act (2015 cxliii).
