lot-0001, title: tram line libuš – nové dvory, selection of the contractor for construction, description: the subject of the public contract is the realization of a new tram line with a length of 1.8 km running from the libuš stop north along novodvorská street and ending in a block loop at the intersections of durychova, libušská, and chýnovská streets near the future metro station d nové dvory. as part of the project, there will be a change in the arrangement of the street profiles of the affected streets and their intersections. in the block loop, overtaking tracks for parking trains at the terminus are established on both novodvorské and durychové streets; otherwise, the block loop is single-track. the construction includes two pairs of stops on the double-track line and three separate stops on the single-track line. the construction will also include necessary relocations and constructions of technical infrastructure networks and other essential construction modifications in the area and public space according to the project documentation. as part of the relocations of engineering networks, a crucial enforced relocation of the main water pipeline profile 2 x dn 1200 with a length of approximately 1 km for each of the lines is essential. the fulfillment also includes the completion of the construction realization documentation (hereinafter referred to as 'rds') and the documentation of the actual construction execution (hereinafter 'dsps'). the fulfillment of the public contract also includes all auxiliary and associated activities (e.g., ensuring certifications, tests, inspection reports, utz protocols, certificates of competence, and other specified documents, etc.), as well as providing cooperation from the selected contractor in obtaining the testing operation permit and occupancy decision. a more detailed specification of the subject of fulfillment is provided in the binding contract template and its appendices.
