lot-0001, title: framework agreement for construction works 4., description: maintenance, renovation, reconstruction, alteration, expansion, modernization, and restoration activities to be carried out continuously in a healthcare institution building and/or area operated in accordance with the relevant properties managed by semmelweis university (a total of 526,824 m2 usable floor area with associated plots and buildings), without hindering patient care, as described in the technical description of the public procurement. the contractor's tasks, particularly broken down by trade, include the maintenance, assembly, replacement, restoration, renovation, new construction/reconstruction, and alteration of the following building structures, structural parts, and elements: architecture - masonry structures and assembled walls, concrete structures, - external and internal plasters, - floor and wall coverings, - dry construction structures, - prefabricated and metal and steel structures, windows and doors, - carpentry structures, - locksmith structures, - glazing, - painting, varnishing, surface finishing, - rainwater, technology, and utility water insulation, thermal and sound insulation, radiation protection structures - built-in furniture and other building accessories, - built-in shading technology devices, - signage boards, information signs, - roof structures with coverings and additional structures, roofing, - insulation of flat roofs with additional structures, roofing works, - plastered, assembled, and clad facades, - sidewalks around the building, paving, entrance and internal stairs, railings, foot grids, - gutters, surface water drainage, road pavements and road markings, - traffic signs and directional signs, - garden benches, fences, and gates. building engineering - fixtures and fittings for water supply and sewage disposal, - pressure and drainage pipes and their fittings, - water treatment devices, pumps, pressure boosters, level switches, - sewage tanks, grease traps, sewage lifting stations, - sewerage structures, covers, - boilers, hot water production devices and their fittings, - central heating radiators, convectors, fan heaters, fan coils and their fittings, - central heating and cooling pipelines and their fittings, - air conditioning devices, fans, heat exchangers, convectors, - air filters, noise and vibration dampers, - air conditioning pipelines, ducts, shut-off and control structures, - natural gas consumer devices, consumer pipelines and devices, their fittings, - utilization of renewable energy in engineering. building electricity (strong current) - the entire electrical network from the 0.4 kv receiver - excluding it - through the sub-distributors and switching devices to the connection points and light sources - including them - particularly - electrical safety and protection units (fuses, touch protection relays, etc.), - all switch elements (dusk switch, timer switch, etc.), - all elements of the lighting network (area lighting, building lighting, their fixtures, bulbs), - connection points (3-phase and 1-phase sockets, distributors), and - the wires connecting them, the routing of the wires (chasing in walls, protective tubing, etc., junction and installation boxes, etc.) - the mechanical parts ensuring the closure of the electrical distribution cabinets, furthermore - after the intervention is completed, performing standard measurements and documenting them in a protocol, - utilization of renewable energy: solar panel systems. the contractor is also responsible for carrying out construction and installation tasks related to defects revealed during official inspections, checks, and measurements. the specific tasks will be determined in part 2 of the framework agreement procedure during the reopening of the competition. building electricity (weak current) the establishment of weak current networks (it, security technology, asset protection, etc.) is the task of the contracting authority, except for the establishment and provision of the traversable routing of the wires connecting the network elements and ensuring their supply. the contracting authority will pull the wire into the provided routing. upon special order, the bidder will also carry out the installation of the it network wires by pulling in commscope cat6a s/ftp type wires. during the duration of the framework agreement, construction activities can take place simultaneously on all properties managed by the university under a case order. the largest building's usable floor area: net 47,576 m2 the framework agreement remains in effect until the net framework amount of huf 4,223,359,161 is exhausted, but for a maximum of 24 (+12 month option) months. the contracting authority intends to contract with multiple bidders based on section 105 (2) c) of the public procurement act, and the implementation of individual public procurements will take place after the reopening of the competition. the contracting authority will also conclude the framework agreement with one bidder if only one valid offer is received; in this case, a written consultation will take place according to section 105 (1) c) of the public procurement act. further information is included in the framework agreement. the detailed technical conditions and tasks are included in the technical description. the contracting authority informs the bidders that according to section 46 (3) and (5) of government decree 321/2015 (x. 30.), any standard, technical permit, technical specifications, technical recommendations specified in the technical description must also be understood to include the phrase "or equivalent."
