Request for Qualifications: 2026 – Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project
CITY OF LA GRANDE2026 - SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT Bids Due 10:00 am, June 30, 2026 INVITATION TO BIDThe City of La Grande invites competitive bids for installation of cured-in-place pipe within the City's sanitary sewer collection system. The project will consist of installing approximately 4,600 lineal feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe, 80 LF of 18-inch cured-in-place pipe, reinstating the existing service lines, CCTV inspection and cleaning, and root removal in pipelines. A CCTV video inspection of the lines is available upon request. Work performed under this contract may be added or subtracted based on the successful bidder's unit prices and available budget funds. This project will be subject to ORS 279C.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates). Sealed bids for the described project will be received by Edie Engelmann, P.E., or their designee at the City of La Grande Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 800 'X' Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud the same day, at 10:15 a.m. The contract time for all work shall be thirty (30) calendar days and is to be completed during the 2026 calendar year, which ends on December 31, 2026. The City of La Grande may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements listed in the Contract Documents and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Copies of the Contract documents may be obtained at the City of La Grande, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 800 'X' Avenue, or by phoning (541) 962-1333. A non-refundable payment of $25.00 is required for a physical set of documents. Electronic copies of the documents are available free of charge by request.
