Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots, and evaluation and award shall be made separately for each lot in accordance with applicable procurement laws, rules, and regulations. Further, for the procurement of goods, the following quotation limit shall apply: • Semi-Expendable Items- Bidders shall quote a unit price NOT exceeding Fifty Thousand PesosPhp50,000.00 per item. • Equipment Items- Bidders shall quote a unit price NOT lower than Fifty Thousand Pesos Php50,000.00per item. The BAC will issue hard copies of the Bidding Document through the BAC Secretariat of ISUFST Main Tiwi Campus, Tiwi, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo, upon payment of the non-refundable fee listed below. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable form. Bid document prices for bidders who intend to bid for: Lot 1 only: 500.00 Lot 2 only: 1,000.00 Lot 3 only: 500.00 Lot 4 only: 500.00 Lots 1-4: 1,000.00 Further, the BAC WILL NOT consider discounts upon the offered Bid in the Bid Form, except if the distribution of the amount discounted is reflected on the Bidders’ Tender. Prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplished forms as specified in the BDs in two 2 separate sealed bid envelopes to Bid & Awards Committee. The first envelope shall contain legal and technical component of the bid which shall include the eligibility requirements. The second envelope shall contain the financial component of the Bid. Contract will be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive bid as determined in the bid evaluation & the post qualification. Representatives must present original Special Power of Attorney SPA upon submission of bids. The ISUFST, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process any time before contract award without incurring any liability to the affected Bidders and Bidder.
