Tenders Are Invited for Call for Prior Hearing (Reduction of Drinking Water Losses)
On 13 July 2026 at 08:00 a.m. (Costa Rica time), a prior hearing will be held for the aforementioned project concerning the reduction of drinking water losses. The purpose of this session is to allow potential bidders and interested third parties to submit proposals, suggestions, or observations that may contribute to the final preparation of the bidding documents. The hearing will be conducted virtually via the Microsoft Teams link provided in the attachments.
