Institutional Contract for the Reproduction, Packaging, Distribution, Collection and Typing of National Tests to Evaluate Learning in 725 Educational Centers Selected by the MINED
Nicaragua has been consolidating significant advances in access and equity in the national education system. Currently, the strategic priority of the Ministry of Education (MINED) focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of learning and the strengthening of institutional capacities to monitor, evaluate and design pedagogical policies based on scientific evidence and verifiable data. In this development framework, the MINED, in coordination with the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and UNICEF, implement the System Capacity Grant. This initiative seeks to optimize diagnostic and formative evaluation tools throughout the national territory.
