launches the procurement procedure for SECURITY AWARENESS PLATFORM
(LEARNING MODULE, WITHOUT PHISHING SIMULATIONS), RFQ_942, CPV Code
48931000-3 applying the low-value procurement procedure – carried out through
the Bravo Solution IT management system.
The award documentation for this procedure will be available from the moment of registration
in the Bravo Solution system.
The offers must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documentation and are to be submitted online, via the Bravo Solution IT management system, by 17.07.2026, 12:00, the procurement contract being valid until all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The evaluation criterion applied will be: the lowest price among the technically validated offers. In the event that two or more offers are equivalent, one or more rounds of negotiations will be initiated in order to determine their ranking. The offers are made in accordance with Law 74/2020 of 21.05.2020 on procurement in the energy, water, transport and postal services sectors, the General Contracting Conditions, valid at the time of conclusion of the Contract/issuance of the Order.
