Request for Expressions of Interest (consulting Services – Individual Selection)
The Eastern and Southern Africa Trade and Development Bank (TDB)
Group has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of
the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy and Digital Access
Transformation in Sudan and intends to apply part of the proceeds for
consulting services.
2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Compliance
Specialist (Individual Consultant) assignment for a period of two (2)
calendar years. The objective of the assignment is to ensure robust
sanctions, and compliance oversight for ASCENT Sudan Project,
including enhanced KYC (as the case may be) processes and regulatory
due diligence on partners / related parties, grants, and activities in
alignment with TDB Group policies and the Financing Agreement.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the e-mail
address: procurement@tdbgroup.org by 7th August 2026, 1700, hours
