Call for Expression of Interest : relating to the pre-selection of one or more candidates for design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and assistance to the commissioning of the kribi oil depot (dpk) and its associated facilities at the port of kribi
This procedure constitutes a prequalification phase. It does not constitute a contract award or contractual commitment. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in subsequent stages of technical development, restricted consultation, clarification, negotiation, and contract award.
3. Consistency of New (Additive) Benefits
The services that may be entrusted to the EPC Contractor include, in particular:
·overall project management, multidisciplinary coordination, management of interfaces, risks, costs, deadlines, quality and reporting;
·the review of existing studies, the consolidation of design bases, the detailed and execution studies, as well as the HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, constructability and Value Engineering reviews;
·process engineering, hydraulics, civil engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, piping and pipeline engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation, telecommunications, SCADA, fire protection, corrosion and cathodic protection;
·the strategy and execution of supplies: Vendor List, consultations, orders, expediting, inspections, FAT, transport, transit, storage, spare parts and Vendor Data Books;
·mobilization and execution of works: temporary installations, earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage, buildings, pipelines, pipe racks, tanks, LPG spheres, pumping stations, manifolds, loading stations, utilities and security networks;
·testing, controls, inspections, acceptance documentation, painting, coating and corrosion protection work;
·systematization, mechanical completeness, Turnover Packages, pressure and electrical tests, Loop Checks, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing and product launch assistance;
·training of operations and maintenance personnel, delivery of as-built documentation, handover and support during the warranty period;
·the overall integration of the installations, the management of Battery Limits and the responsibility for consistency of performance of the integrated system;
