Tenders Are Invited for Public Tender - Senior Space Consultant.
Based on Article 63 of the Civil Servants Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 32/25 - hereinafter referred to as: ZJU-1), the Municipality of Ajdovšcina announces a public competition for the filling of a vacant official position, namely a senior spatial advisor in the Spatial Department (number DM:31), which is carried out in the titles of senior advisor III, II and I.
Candidates applying for the position must meet the following conditions:
– at least specialization after higher education (previous), at least higher professional education (previous)/higher professional education (previous); at least higher professional education (first Bologna cycle)/higher professional education (first Bologna cycle), at least higher university education (first Bologna cycle)/higher university education (first Bologna cycle); field: Law, administration;
– at least 4 years of work experience;
– completed mandatory training for appointment to the title;
– professional exam in administrative procedure;
– citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia;
– knowledge of the official language;
– they must not have been convicted by a final judgment of an intentional criminal offence prosecuted ex officio and must not have been sentenced to an unconditional prison sentence of more than six months;
– they must not be the subject of a final indictment for an intentional criminal offence that is prosecuted ex officio.
Work experience is the length of time working in a job that requires the same level of education and the time spent on an internship at the same level of education, regardless of whether the employment contract was concluded or the internship was completed with the same or a different employer. Work experience also includes work experience gained by a person performing work in a job that requires one level of education lower, with the exception of an internship in such a job. In a job that requires a level of education that is, in accordance with the law governing the Slovenian Qualifications Framework, ranked at level 10 of the Slovenian Qualifications Framework, work experience also includes work experience gained by a person performing work in a job that requires an education that is, in accordance with the law governing the Slovenian Qualifications Framework, ranked at level 8 of the Slovenian Qualifications Framework. Work without a concluded employment contract at the same level of complexity as the job for which the person is applying is also considered work experience. Work experience is proven by an employment contract or an authentic document, which shows the period of performance and the complexity of the work and the level of education required to perform this work. Work experience acquired by a person while performing a professional function in state bodies or local communities is considered work experience acquired by a person by performing work in a job that requires education obtained from a second-cycle study program, or education that corresponds to the level of education obtained from second-cycle study programs and is classified at level 8 of the Slovenian Qualifications Framework in accordance with the law governing the Slovenian Qualifications Framework.
