Kainga Ora is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Partners to deliver integrated housing maintenance services across a large and geographically dispersed public housing portfolio. The services include end-to-end delivery of responsive, routine and planned maintenance for tenanted and vacant homes. Maintenance Partners will be responsible for work-order management, scoping and delivery, subcontractor and trade-network management, customer communication and appointment management, 24-hour urgent response capability, quality assurance, data and evidence capture, reporting and continuous improvement.
