Tenders are invited for Preparation of project documentation for the amendment, new construction, and execution of maintenance work in the public interest for the expressway (hc) Jagodje – Lucija. The subject of the order is the amendment and preparation of comprehensive project documentation for all arrangements in the addressed section, which are necessary for establishing a road connection as a functionally completed whole. An integral part of the order is the Environmental Impact Report (EIR), which is addressed in accordance with ZUreP-3 and ZVO-2 within the framework of a unified procedure for obtaining an integral building permit. The entire documentation is prepared with the mandatory use of BIM technology in accordance with Article 39 of GZ-1. Estimated value excluding VAT: 6,930,000.00 EUR.
