two-year Framework Agreement for Vehicle Rental Services, Including Fuel and Driving Personnel. the Objective is to Identify Service Providers Who Understand the Operational Realities of the Current Volatile Conflict Environment and Can Deliver High-quality Road Transport Services for the Staff, Partners and Goods of the Norwegian Refugee Council (nrc) in States Such as Al Gedaref and White Nile.
