human appeal uk (hauk) hereby invites qualified and experienced contractors and construction companies to submit bids for the construction and room at al-bulk hospital, omdurman, sudan.
the objective of this project is to improve the hospitals capacity to provide quality healthcare services by expanding and upgrading patient accommodation facilities in accordance with approved engineering, health, and safety standards.
scope of work
the successful bidder will be responsible for:
construction and rehabilitation of patient rooms.
construction of new patient rooms as per approved designs and specifications.
rehabilitation and upgrading of existing patient rooms.
internal and external finishing works, including flooring, painting, ceilings, doors, and windows.
installation of electrical systems, lighting, and power outlets.
installation of plumbing and sanitation systems.
provision and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems where required.
supply and installation of hospital-grade fixtures and fittings.
testing and inspection of completed works.
training of hospital staff on maintenance requirements.
provision of warranties and defect liability support.
handover of completed patient rooms ready for occupancy.
eligibility requirements
interested bidders must provide:
valid company registration certificate.
tax clearance certificate.
company profile and organizational structure.
evidence of experience in similar healthcare construction projects.
references for at least three comparable assignments.
financial and technical capacity documentation.
