Tenders Are Invited for Senegal Recruitment Assistant to the Project Owner - TER Extension Studies Aug 4, 2026 Oct 20, 2026
• Project management assistance or project management for passenger rail projects.
• Execution or supervision of preliminary and detailed design studies for railway lines.
• Projects for the creation, extension, or modernization of railway lines.
• Experience with mass transit systems (regional express trains, suburban trains, metros,
tramways, or equivalent).
• Coordination of multidisciplinary studies (infrastructure, engineering structures, signaling, energy,
telecommunications, stations).
• Assistance to public project owners in the preparation and monitoring of major
transport projects.
• Experience with projects financed by international donors (AFD, EU, AfDB,
World Bank, EIB, BOAD, etc.).
• Experience in linear infrastructure design projects with significant
environmental and social impacts, subject to World Bank E&S standards or their
equivalent
. • References in sub-Saharan Africa or comparable contexts.
