Invitation to Bid (itb): supply, delivery, installation and configuration of desktop and laptop computers for the office of the ombudsman
1) The Office of the Ombudsman, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (P82,926,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Public Bidding for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Desktop and Laptop Computers for the Office of the Ombudsman with Project Identification No. PB2026-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
