Presolicitation: Vertical Launching System (VLS) - Plenum and Lower/Upper Uptake This advanced notice is in response to the sources sought notice issued under N6339425R0005 on 19 September 2026. As a result of this sources sought notice, the anticipated requirement will be solicited as a full and open competition.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division anticipates a contract requirement for the procurement of the Plenum and lower/upper Uptake Assembly (Assy) to support MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) Production Program. This includes the manufacture, assembly, and testing of the VLS Plenum and lower/upper Uptake Assy for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme California.
