Tenders Are Invited for Provision, Configuration, Integration, Certification, Testing, Deployment, and Operational Support for Domestic Card Switch for the Central Bank of Liberia \
he Government of the Republic of Liberia (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has been allocated
grant and loan funds (the “Financing”) from The World Bank which are administered by the
International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) and executed by the Ministry of
Commerce and Industry (“the Client”). The Client now intends to apply part of the proceeds
towards the contract for Provision, Configuration, Integration, Certification, Testing,
Deployment, and Operational Support for Domestic Card Switch for the Central Bank of
Liberia.
Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, September 11, 2026, at
1100 Hours GMT (11:00 local time). Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late
Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked “DOMESTIC CARD SWITCH;
RFP NO.: LR-MOCI-566925-GO-RFP” and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL
PROPOSAL” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers’ designated representatives
and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on Friday September 11, 2026, at 1100
Hours GMT (11:00 local time).All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” shall remain
unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals
opening.
