the Program to Help Young People and Young Dubrovnik Families Continues: Through the Measure 30 X 45, the City of Dubrovnik Allocates 45,000 Euros to Solve the Housing Issue
The City of Dubrovnik continues to implement the program of awarding non-refundable financial resources to solve the housing issue of young people and young families. This year, the program continues through a new measure 30 x 45 , which will award a total of 30 non-refundable financial grants in the individual amount of 45,000.00 euros .
The subject of the Public Call is the allocation of non-repayable financial resources through two measures:
Measure 1 – purchase of a residential property
Measure 2 – construction, extension or upgrade of a residential building.
Applications can be submitted from August 14, 2026 until the funds provided are used up, or no later than December 1, 2026 , whichever occurs first.
All conditions for exercising the right to receive non-refundable financial resources, as well as the required documentation and the method of submitting the application, are listed in the text of the Public Call attached below, along with the forms that form its integral part.
Measure 30 x 45 is a continuation of the affordable housing policy of the City of Dubrovnik. Within the framework of the previous measure 30 x 30 , the City of Dubrovnik provided financial support to the first nine Dubrovnik families in 2024, while in 2025 a total of 27 young people and young families received support .
The 30 x 45 measure is part of the broader housing policy of the City of Dubrovnik, which, as the first city in the Republic of Croatia, has designed its own model of assistance in solving the housing issue called "Dubrovnik Housing Construction" . Through various programs and measures, it has so far helped more than 70 young Dubrovnik families .
