Tenders Are Invited for Design and Development of the Binational Platform for Hydrometeorological Information and Water Uses of the Puyango–tumbes Transboundary Basin in Ecuador and Peru
Funding: CAF will provide the financial resources for the consultancy contract using Technical Cooperation resources managed through the Multilateral Cooperation Centre for Development Financing (MCDF), within the framework of the initiative “Assistance for Capacity Development in the Puyango-Tumbes Transboundary Basin”
Reference budget: USD 340,000.
Language of proposal submission: Spanish.
Language of report presentation: Spanish.
Contract execution period : six (6) months from the date of signing the service contract.?
Deadline for receiving inquiries: August 27, 2026 at 23:59 Ecuador/Peru time (10 days after the call was launched).
Deadline for receiving proposals: September 16, 2026 at 23:59 Ecuador/Peru time.
