Tenders Are Invited for warehouse services
Prospective offerors interested in attending the site visit should send contact details of the personnel (Not more than two) to attend the site visit by August 24, 2026, at 9.00am(EAT); (include contact Name, ID Number, Vehicle: Make, Model & Color) to NairobiGSOContracts@state.gov
Only those who have been granted access clearance shall take part in the site visit.
The site visit/pre-proposal conference will be held on August 25, 2026, at 10.00am (EAT) at Warehouse (Located next to Harvesters Global Church, Ridgeways, opposite WanderJoy Grounds along Kiambu Road).
Proposals are due by August 31, 2026, not later than 12.00pm (EAT).
Your Proposal must be submitted STRICTLY & EXCLUSIVELY to Nairobigsofp@state.gov , With the subject “Proposals Enclosed Solicitation Number 19KE5026Q0106 WAREHOUSE SERVICES“.
