The United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) calls for tender (RFP) to establish a contract with a provider for a Tender for Consulting service for the development of five legislative manuals for the harmonization of the regulatory framework on crimes against children and adolescents, total prohibition of corporal punishment and strengthening of the powers of the PPNNA in Mexico. “Request For Proposal” (RFP), and which is identified in this case as RFP, is a call for acquisitions of required services, where the offeror is expected to propose a solution to the problem exposed in the specifications. RFP is issued to receive proposals that, when evaluated, contain a comprehensive solution, within the framework of the established instructions, such as: (i) objective and scope, (ii) enumeration of the requirements that must be included in the proposal, (iii) selection criteria, (iv) method of delivery of the proposals. The deadline to receive responses to this RFP is September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time in Mexico City. We recommend that you carefully review the content of this document and make sure that your client can comply with the minimum requirements stipulated here. Proposals must be sent to the following email: supplymexico@unicef.org. Any proposal sent or delivered to other addresses or by other means than those stipulated will be discarded. Do not copy to any other UNICEF email. The title of the email must begin with the reference number of this RFP, that is, RFP9205725 plus the name of the service or to be tendered, for example, RFP9205725 – Consulting - Development of legislative manuals and another similar email, but ending with Economic proposal.
