Construction Supervision for the ‘Project for Building of Emergency Medical Services System in Cameroon’ Brief of Bidding · Bid Title Construction Supervision for the ‘Project for Building of Emergency Medical Services System in Cameroon’ · Summary of Services -.Commencement : Review of the inception report, design documents and the Constructor's project execution plan; confirmation of site handover and survey of local conditions (adjacent construction, confined site) -.Construction : Monitoring of commencement /construction progress and assurance of compliance with quality, safety and environmental (incl. public grievance) requirements — including inspections, material approvals, instrumentation monitoring and non-disruption of hospital operations -.Schedule & Payment : Progress control against the approved schedule (instructing catch-up plans in case of delay), review of progress payments and supporting documents, and weekly/monthly/special reporting -.Design Changes : Review of modifications and cost implications (verification of permissible scope; support for the Employer's approval) -.Completion : Commissioning, final inspection, verification of completion documents, handover and warranty administration
