Call for Tender Submission

The Sahel Sudan Organization invites you to submit bids for the North Kordofan State Program in Sheikan Locality for the project to enhance livelihoods for communities affected by conflicts - which aims to increase sustainable access to safe water in South Kordofan.
To submit bids for the works as described in the specifications document as follows:
Supplying equipment for animal resources offices in Sheikan locality - North Kordofan State.
1. Qualified bidders can obtain the tender document by written request via email at the following addresses:

or by direct submission through the website

2. The required technical specifications for the execution of the work are included in the tender document.
3. Bidders must demonstrate their qualifications and eligibility to work by meeting the following minimum qualification criteria:
A. The bidder must have a valid license for the current year for the name of the company or contractor.
B. The bidder must have at least two years of experience in works of a similar nature and size and have the qualifications and experience in supervision or execution or both in similar projects.
C. Tax identification certificate.
D. The contractor must specify the duration of work execution (the timeline for completion).
E. The winning bidder must provide a tax clearance certificate and a waiver of zakat before signing the contract.
F. The supplier must have final tax invoices.
4. Bidders must submit the bid form and bid proposals in separate sealed envelopes, an original copy must be delivered to the address mentioned in paragraph 1 starting from 25/08/2026 until 09/09/2026 at 2 PM as the last day for bid submission.
5. Bidders must submit their offers for all works in the tender document in Sudanese pounds.
6. Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria in the tender document for the bids that will be opened.
7. The total merit points obtained in the tender document and bid proposal determine the accepted bid to complete the subsequent procedures related to the execution of the work.
8. The winning bidder must adhere to the specified timeline for execution.
9. The Sahel Sudan Organization reserves the right to reject any and/or all submitted bids.
