Tenders are invited for The subject of the contract is the realization of the complex of the building, the National Hospital of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik, further defined by the architectural study, which is an attachment to these competition documents. The entire addressed area and the building itself are conceived as a coherent and fully landscape-integrated complex. In terms of performance and capacity requirements, the subject of the contract is precisely defined by the gross floor area of the above-ground floors, which amounts to 140,268 square meters. This is accompanied by the gross floor area of the underground floors, with an area of 122,925 square meters. The public procurement is carried out in the form of a negotiation procedure with publication. Estimated value excluding VAT: 922,000,000 EUR.
