Announcement of competition: Procurement of solution expert SAP Basis. The Defense Materiel Agency (FMA) is the contracting authority and responsible for carrying out the procurement. FMA is part of the defense sector, directly under the Ministry of Defense (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Armed Forces and other entities in the defense sector have access to cost-effective and secure materials and services in accordance with approved long-term plans. FMAs main tasks are planning, procurement, management, and disposal of materials for the Armed Forces and other agencies under FD. During the contract period, it may be necessary for organizational reasons to transfer the resource to the Cyber Defenses IT department (CIT) DRIV. DRIV is responsible for technical operations and further development (DEVSECOPS) of the Joint Integrated Management System (FIF). FIF is a SAP ERP solution integrated with a number of other different applications. Internal processes are based on agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFE), the Security Act, and various industry standards for security, and ITIL for operations. DRIV consists of about 150 people, most of whom are located in Oslo. Both employees and consultants staff the organization. The purpose of this announcement is to fill a role as a solution expert SAP Basis in project P1160 Critical upgrade of ERP. The consultant will be part of the enabling team SAP-Basis in CIT DRIV AGM and will take on the role within the field of SAP Basis. The role may involve collaboration with any other departments and/or projects in the Armed Forces. Estimated value excluding VAT: Not specified.
