Tenders Are Invited for Request for Information for the Development of the Comprehensive Information System for Attention to the Migrant and Vulnerable Population in Quito

CAF seeks to identify companies with experience to develop a comprehensive system that improves the registration, management and monitoring of care for migrant and vulnerable populations in Quito.
CAF—the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean—invites legal entities with experience in information systems, digital platforms, or case management tools to participate in this Request for Information (RFI), aimed at developing a comprehensive system for serving vulnerable migrant and host populations in the Metropolitan District of Quito, Ecuador. The solution will manage the registration, care, referral, and follow-up of cases, facilitate access to services, and generate information for results analysis.
Objective: To design, develop, implement and transfer a comprehensive system of information, case management and access to services for the vulnerable migrant and host population in the Metropolitan District of Quito.
Budget: USD 90,000
