Tenders are invited for The subject of procurement is the services of design, execution of works, and obtaining permits (building permits, environmental permits, use permits, temporary waste management permits, etc. as defined in Book 3 - CLIENT REQUIREMENTS) for the project of constructing the Regional Center for Waste Management Orlovnjak, in accordance with the terms of the contract for Facilities and design and construction for electrical and mechanical engineering structures and works according to the Contractors projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999, Croatian translation published by the Croatian Association of Consultants, Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers, and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction published in 2014). The subject of the works also includes commissioning the facility, training the Clients staff, proving the required parameters during trial operation and during tests upon completion, including conducting a technical inspection and eliminating hidden defects during the notification period of defects (DNP) of 24 months. The subject of procurement is detailed in Book 3 - Client Requirements and Book 4 - Price List, which are integral parts of the procurement documentation. In Book 5 - Foundations, there are foundations for design and drawings. Estimated value excluding VAT: 76,260,760 EUR.
