Tenders are invited for The current public procurement is divided into seven separate lots as follows: Lot 1: Delivery of equipment for mixing, molding, characterization, and thermal treatment of samples; Lot 2: Delivery of equipment for applying ceramic layers; Lot 3: Delivery of laboratory and mechanical equipment; Lot 4: Delivery of a laboratory furnace; Lot 5: Delivery of equipment for electrochemical testing and measurements; Lot 6: Delivery of a laboratory electrolyzer; Lot 7: Delivery of a general-purpose cabinet for chemicals. The contracting authority specifies that participants do not submit offers for Lot No. 7, which will be awarded separately according to the procedure valid for its individual estimated value based on Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Scope of the public procurement for Lots No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6: 1. The scope of the procurement for Lot No. 1 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of a tumbler mixer, 1 unit of a roller mill/roller stand for reactor vessels, 1 unit of a high-energy planetary ball mill, 1 unit of a three-roll mill, 1 unit of a laboratory dryer, and 1 unit of a rheometer. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. 2. The scope of the procurement for Lot No. 2 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of a small system for casting ceramic foils and 1 unit of a laboratory manual screen printing machine. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. 3. The scope of the public procurement for Lot No. 3 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of an ultrasonic bath, 1 unit of a distiller, 1 unit of a desktop pH meter, 1 unit of a cutting plotter, 1 unit of a calendaring device, 1 unit of a vacuum cleaner for hazardous substances, 1 unit of an analytical balance, 1 unit of a technical balance, 1 unit of a magnetic stirrer with heating complete with a holder and temperature sensor, and 1 unit of a laboratory desiccator. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. 4. The scope of the procurement for Lot No. 4 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of a laboratory furnace. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. 5. The scope of the procurement for Lot No. 5 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of a station for electrochemical measurements of high-temperature fuel cells type button, 1 unit of a potentiostat/galvanostat/amperometer with zero resistance, 1 unit of a portable potentiostat/galvanostat with a built-in impedance analyzer (frequency analyzer), and 1 unit of a testing system for fuel cells/electrolyzers. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. 6. The scope of the procurement for Lot No. 6 includes activities for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of a laboratory electrolyzer. Training for operating the equipment is planned, as well as warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment. The minimum requirements for the necessary equipment for delivery for each of the separate lots are specified in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 to the documentation for participation in the procedure. Estimated value excluding VAT: 251223.39 EUR.
