Dear madam / sir,
medglobal is an international medical non-profit organization providing health services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. the organization is composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds. medglobal offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
medglobal (mg) invites you submission of bid in order to provision of medical equipment’s in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents.
the (rfq) details are as follows:
subject: provision of medical equipment’s
rfq period: 7 days from 2 september , 2026, until september 8 , 2026 11:59 pm sudan time
rfq closure date and time: september 8, 2026, 11:59 pm sudan time
minimum validity period of offer: 60 days
full bid submissions must be received at the email
bids.sd@medglobal.org
no later than september 8, 2026, 11:59 pm sudan time, and you shall send your quotation to mentioned emails, in the subject field. failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the request being void.
