Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The object of the purchase is the execution of the construction works, installations and improvements necessary to achieve the investment objective, at the dr. aurel vlad secondary school in the municipality of ora?tie, str. luminii no. 10, hunedoara county. the works concern the school building and the sports hall building, with a total built-up area of ??4,392.20 m2 school — 3,058.40 m2; sports hall — 1,333.80 m2. construction importance category: c — construction of normal importance. importance class: iii. degree of fire resistance: ii. the building is not a listed historical monument. it is located exclusively in the protection zone of the luminii street urban complex, registered in the list of historical monuments — lmi code: hd-ii-a-b-03375. the regime was established by the opinion of the hunedoara county culture directorate no. 50/zp/07.11.2025, which was the basis for issuing building authorization no. 91/23.12.2025. consequently, art. 24 para. 2 and art. 36 para. 1 lit. h from law no. 422/2001 — which require the execution of interventions on historical monuments exclusively by attested persons — are not incidents, and the contracting authority does not request the attestation of the economic operator or the staff by the ministry of culture. however, the executor has the obligation to fully comply with the conditions imposed by the aforementioned notice. the works mainly include: • the complete replacement of the cladding — the dismantling of the existing ceramic tile cladding approx. 1,616 sq m, the execution of the sheet metal cladding approx. 601 sq m and ceramic tile approx. 1,015 sq m, gutters, ridges, snow guards, gutters approx. 150 m and downspouts approx. 218 m; • complete restoration of the heating system — dismantling of approximately 203 heating elements and existing pipes, execution of the new distribution system, installation of heating elements with thermostatic regulation, connection to the existing thermal agent distributor-collector regime 55/45 °c, tests and commissioning. the existing thermal point is fully preserved; the supply and installation of boilers, burners, pressure equipment or external heating networks are not the subject of the contract; • modernization of the dining room/canteen and the sanitary and changing rooms — outlets, tile veneers, self-leveling screeds, ceramic tile floors, plastering, smoothing, painting and painting; • interior architecture works at the gym, including the replacement of the exterior carpentry; • setting up a sports field — infrastructure of the platform openings, foundation layers, reinforced concrete, joints, tartan wear layer about 1,012 sq m, markings, 2 football goals, fencing with metal posts and about 195 bordered mesh panels; • site organization. the works are executed in compliance with the dnsh do no significant harm principle, under the conditions assumed by the financing contract. composition of the estimated value lei without vat: expenditures for construction and installation works — basic activity 1,460,785.93 expenditures for measures related to the basic activity sports field and kitchen rehabilitation 604,042.60 expenditures for site organization 17,331.50 total 2,082,160.03 the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers. the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 6th day inclusive, before the deadline for submission of offers. clarification requests will be sent in editable format. careful!!! complete information can be found in the supplementary document instructions for bidders purchase data sheet electronically signed with extended electronic signature pdf.p7m
