Tenders are Invited for NC Department of Transportation,Hatteras Ferry Terminal Visitor Center Building Improvements-The Work Will Include, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Items:
A. Demolition Of Existing Floor Joists, Subfloor, Insulation, And Gypsum Board Beneath Visitor Center Restrooms.
B. Demolition Of Existing Restroom Plumbing System.
C. Construction Of New Framing, Flooring, And Associated Work.
D. Construction Of New Plumbing System.
E. Repair Of Broken Truss In The Attic Breakroom Entry
