Tenders Are Invited for Modernization of the inter-farm canal "Right branch", Nooken district, Jalal-Abad region, installation of an automated SCADA system and digitalization, part of 2 lots
3.The Water Resources Service under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (Customer) invites eligible participants to bid on OCB No. W-OCB-1: Lot No. 1: Monolithic reinforced concrete lining of a section of the Right Branch Canal, which is located in the Bazar-Korgon district, L=6 km , OCB No. W-OCB-1: Lot No. 2: Shaidan Canal Second-order Branch and Masy Canal in Nooken District, monolithic reinforced concrete lining, L = 10 km, increase in aqueduct capacity (“Works”).
4.Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's One-Stage-One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
5.Only eligible participants who meet the following eligibility requirements are eligible to participate in this competition:
Lot No. 1
·The minimum annual construction turnover must be KGS 190,000,000 calculated based on total confirmed payments received under ongoing or completed contracts over the last 3 years .
·Participation as a contractor, consortium member or subcontractor in at least one (1) contract that was successfully completed between January 1, 2020 and the deadline for submission of bids, where the value of the participant's participation exceeds KGS 220,000,000.
Lot No. 2
·The minimum annual construction turnover must be KGS 80,000,000 calculated based on total confirmed payments received under ongoing or completed contracts over the last 3 years .
