Call for Expression of Interest : construction work of a slaughter of 150 heads of cattle per day and of a meat canning plant in maroua with equipment, commissioning and staff training and technical assistance for twenty-four (24) months
The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest is the prequalification of Technical Design Offices (BET) and/or groups of BETs to participate in the Restricted National Tender for the Project Management of the construction works of a slaughterhouse of 150 head of cattle per day and a meat cannery in Maroua with equipment, commissioning and staff training and twenty-four (24) month technical assistance signed with the Company MAKIBER SA and financed by the Deutsche Bank of Spain and the State of Cameroon. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE Overall, the expected services consist of: • Approval of technical descriptions and execution plans for the works in accordance with applicable standards; • technical control of the construction, equipment of a modern slaughterhouse for 150 head of cattle per day in Maroua; • technical control of the construction and equipment of the meat processing unit in Maroua; • technical control of staff training in Spain and Cameroon; • monitoring the possession of insurance policies, site installation, and compliance with hygiene and safety conditions; • monitoring compliance with the execution of works; • monitoring through the production of technical reports; • assistance and verification of quantitative reports for work performed; • monitoring the verification of monthly and final statements; • monitoring the commissioning of a modern slaughterhouse with a capacity of 150 head of cattle per day in Maroua; • monitoring the commissioning of the meat processing unit in Maroua. • assistance with technical acceptance operations; • Assistance with provisional and final acceptance operations. .
