Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :1. construction of a spa center building with d+p+1e regime, sc = 1,762.81 sq m, sd = 3,798.77 sq m, su = 2,641.66 sq m, on 3 sections, polygonal plan 62.55 × 36.21 m, maximum height +15.72 m; 2. creation of a complete leisure infrastructure: indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna area dry, wet, infrared, finnish, 3 spa tubs with hydromassage 12 seats, fitness rooms table tennis, aerobics, strength, relaxation areas, sensory showers and massage cabins; 3. provision of utilities and building networks: water, household and storm sewerage with retention basins of 15 mc and 60 mc, electricity, fire extinguishing and waste management platform; 4. the revitalization of 16,706 square meters of green spaces, with the planting of trees and shrubs and an automated irrigation system; 5. realization of parking 661 sq m and car and pedestrian traffic 6,086 sq m: asphalted and paved alleys, tartan running tracks and bicycle paths; 6. ensuring full accessibility for people with reduced mobility pmr, according to np 051-2012. the deadline until which an economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
