Tenders Are Invited for Indonesia's Next Generation Ai Talent Creation Project
Scope of Work: As described in "Chapter 2: Draft Special Specifications"
(3) Applicable Contract Terms and Conditions:
The "General Terms and Conditions for Project Implementation and Support Services" shall apply. As the services stipulated in the contract are to be provided outside Japan—classified as an overseas transaction—they are exempt from Japanese consumption tax; therefore, please calculate costs in your final price quotation without adding consumption tax (all cost items are tax-exempt).
Note: For tasks related to training in Japan (or invitations to Japan), a separate contract applying the "General Terms and Conditions for Technical Training Support Services" will be concluded. In the final price quotation for that contract, please itemize costs separately for the main contract and the training in Japan (or invitations to Japan).
