civil society organizations, aimed at developing community social services for deinstitutionalized people with disabilities
Keystone Moldova invites civil society organizations to participate in the grant competition for the development of at least 15 “Sheltered Housing” social services and 30 “Adult Foster Care” social services. These services are to be created and developed in the Republic of Moldova for adults with disabilities who will exit residential care.
The funding opportunity is part of the project "Inclusive Moldova: Communities for All", funded by the European Union and implemented by Keystone Moldova in partnership with the Alliance of Organizations for Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
Through this initiative, the aim is to develop the network of community social services for deinstitutionalized people with disabilities and ensure the necessary support for independent living and inclusion in the community.
Budget and expected results:
2,085,000 euros available for the development and operation of future community social services;
financing at least 15 projects of civil society organizations;
support for the deinstitutionalization of adults with disabilities from the Temporary Placement Center for Persons with Disabilities (Adults) in Badiceni commune, Soroca district, and their inclusion in the community.
