Tenders Are Invited for Notice of Concerning the Rehabilitation Works of Buildings A, B
Regarding the rehabilitation work on buildings A, B, and C at AMALAN
1. Consultation location: AMALAN headquarters in Darsalam, Avenue de la Liberté, Route de Koulouba, P.O. Box E: 2187 - Telephone: 20 22 33 18 - Bamako, open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every working day.
2. Fee for submitting the file: One hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs, non-refundable.
3. Deadline for receipt of bids: Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the AMALAN headquarters, located in Darsalam, Avenue de la Liberté, Route de Koulouba, P.O. Box E: 2187 - Telephone: 20 22 33 18. 20 22 33 18-Bamako.
4. Validity period of bids: Sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening.
5. Completion time for the work: One (1) month.
6. Location, date, and time of bid opening: The bid opening will take place in a public session in the presence of any candidates who wish to attend on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. sharp in the AMALAN meeting room.
7. Source of funding: National budget, fiscal year 2026.
8. Bid security: Bids must include a bid security in the amount of Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand (795,000) CFA francs.
9. The qualification requirements are:
Financial capacity: balance sheets, extracts from balance sheets, or operating statements for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, certified by a chartered accountant or attested by a chartered accountant registered with the professional body of chartered accountants. The average turnover for the years 2023 and 2024 must be at least equal to the bid amount. Newly established companies must provide a bank statement confirming the availability of funds or a commitment to finance the contract in an amount of at least sixty million (60,000,000 FCFA) CFA francs.
