Compitition: Request for Proposals for the Conversion of Seven Training Modules Into Digital Format.
The East European Foundation (EEF), starting with October 2025, is implementing the Project "Civic Engagement for Democratic Governance and Social Cohesion". The initiative aims to strengthen civil society for democratic participation, social cohesion and European integration of the Republic of Moldova. The project is funded by Norway.
Within the project, FEE delivered seven training modules for civil society representatives:
Analysis of public policies from the perspective of inclusion;
Advocacy;
Monitoring public policies;
Civic mobilization and civic activism;
Analysis of budgets from an inclusion perspective;
Social accountability and relevant tools;
Coalition building and the role of strategic coalitions in advocacy.
The East European Foundation is requesting bids to select and subsequently contract a company that will translate the training modules into digital format, to be placed on a website.
Each of the seven modules will be developed as a modern e-learning course, with a visual and usability experience comparable to modern commercial online training platforms, including dynamic presentations, synchronized voice-over, and interactive elements.
